By accessing or using MyRentPe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to MyRentPe.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to anyone who registers or uses the MyRentPe platform, including property owners, managers, tenants, and applicants.
• "Service" refers to all features, software, and functionalities provided by MyRentPe.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using MyRentPe, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account

• You must register an account to use most features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• MyRentPe offers a free plan for up to 2 properties.
• Additional features or properties may require a paid subscription.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and materials provided by MyRentPe are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your rental management needs.

8. Third-Party Services

MyRentPe may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., SMS, cloud storage). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRentPe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any unauthorized access to your data or account

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity

You may also delete your account at any time.
